PAULEY PERRETTE FROM "NCIS" Ex-Husband Arrested for Violating Restraining Order

"NCIS" star Pauley Perrette's ex-husband was busted by LAPD today for allegedly violating the restraining order she has against him ... TMZ has learned.

As we previously reported ... Francis "Coyote" Shivers showed up last week at a Hollywood restaurant where Pauley and her current fiance were having dinner.

Shivers claimed it was all just a coincidence. Apparently, police felt otherwise and arrested the actor today. He's currently being held on $100,000 bail.

Shivers' attorney Sandy Passman says, "There is no merit whatsoever in the latest allegations." He has a court date scheduled for April 23.

MATT LAUER Re-Signs with 'Today' Ann Curry on Chopping Block

Matt Lauer has signed a new, long-term deal with the "Today" show.  He will become way richer than he already is, and we're told the next move will be to send Ann Currypacking.

As TMZ first reported, Lauer got close to his $30 million a year asking price, nearly doubling his $17 million a year current salary.  

It's bad news for Ann Curry, because our sources say Lauer does not want her as his co-host, and it appears her fate is now sealed.

NBC sources say Ann's likely replacement will be Savannah Guthrie.

LISA LAMPANELLI Arsenio's 'Apprentice' Outburst Turned VIOLENT Behind Scenes

Lisa Lampanelli insists Arsenio Hall's foulmouthed tirade on "Celebrity Apprentice" last weekend was WAY worse behind the scenes -- claiming Arsenio called Aubrey O'Day the c-word ... and even got violent.

Lisa called in to Broadminded on XM Sirius Stars Thursday -- and according to the comedian, the worst parts of Arsenio's anti-Aubrey outburst were edited out ... when he called Aubrey a "c***" and said, he would "something something all over her face."

You'll recall ... the parts that did make it to air included Arsenio in the War Room, saying, "I Googled [Aubrey] and a naked picture with a gut popped up ... f**k her!" (below)


But Lisa says what was edited out sounded so "violent" -- she jumped up and alerted producers, claiming it was the first time in 20 years she had been so shaken up.

Calls to Arsenio were not returned.

'TEXAS WOMEN' INSANE Woman-on-Man Brawl Outside Bar [VIDEO]

Don't mess with "Texas Women" -- because one of the female star's of the CMT reality show single-handedly took down a MAN with a nasty flurry of punches ... and the brutal street fight was all caught on tape!!!

Sources tell TMZ ... the fight went down February 18th outside some bar in Fort Worth, after a guy called Brooke Jeter the C-word ... rhymes with runt.

Brooke's husband jumped to defend her ... but she didn't need the help ... and beat the guy down with haymaker after haymaker ... it's pretty gnarly.

Cops swooped in ... ripped Brooke off her helpless victim and put Brooke in handcuffs. But she didn't go quietly ... so one of the officers shoved her on to his squad car to calm her down.

We're told the fight will most likely be a plot line on the show, which premieres Saturday.

SARAH PALIN Levi Johnston is a LIAR -- We've NEVER Hidden Tripp

Mama Grizzly is clawing back at Levi Johnston ... claiming Bristol Palin's baby daddy straight up LIED when he claimed her family has been actively trying to block Levi from seeing his son, Tripp. 

Sarah and Todd Palin have issued a statement to TMZ ... saying, "We have never hidden Tripp from Levi or discouraged Levi from spending time with him. Any suggestion that we have is false and contrary to our core beliefs."

The Palins add, "The last time either of us recall a conversation with Levi was in the summer of 2010 when Levi sat down at our house with us and personally apologized about lies he told to the media about our family. Neither of us have talked to him since that day."

The Palins are referring to the statements Levi made on "TMZ Live" this week ... when he accused the entire Palin clan of hatching a diabolical plan to keep him away from Tripp ... and said Sarah is the one pulling the strings. 

But the Palins say Levi is full of moose droppings ... telling us, "We are disappointed that he continues to tell falsehoods about us to garner media attention. We encourage Levi and all non-custodial fathers to be fully engaged and to positively and fully participate in their children's lives. This includes not making misstatements about his child's grandparents."

WARREN SAPP I'M DEAD BROKE and I Lost My Super Bowl Ring

Future NFL Hall-of-Famer Warren Sapp has filed for bankruptcy ... claiming he's racked up millions of dollars in debts ... but worst of all, dude claims he LOST his 2002 Super Bowl ring.

Sapp -- who played in the NFL for 12 years -- just filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Florida ... and in the papers he gives a full rundown of his dire financial situation. 

According to the docs, Sapp owes more than $6.7 million to various creditors ... including hundreds of thousands of dollars in child support payments and alimony to at least 4 different baby mamas. 

Among the debts, Sapp says he owes $853k to the IRS for 2006 and another $89k for 2010. Sapp says he also owes $2,858 in medical bills for "Corrective Speech and Language Therapy."

Sapp says he only has $6.45 million to his name ... and lists all of his assets in the documents ... which include: 

-- 240 pairs of Jordan sneakers and sandals
-- Large Nude women painting
-- Lion skin rug (female - lioness) 
-- Nike golf clubs
-- De Grisogono watch (scratch on crystal, nicks and scratches on band)
-- A boxing glove signed by Muhammad Ali

But most interestingly, Sapp notes he has LOST two of his most treasured and valuable possessions -- the 2002 Super Bowl ring he won with the Tampa Bay Bucs (example below) and the National Championship ring he won with the Miami Hurricanes. 


In the docs, Sapp also lists his current salary as an analyst for the NFL Network as $45k per month ... $540k per year. Sapp says his deal with the NFL Network expires in August and he's not sure if the network will extend his deal. 

Calls to Sapp have not been returned.

Britney Spears is about to have a brand new conservator ... her fiance Jason Trawick ... TMZ has learned. 

Sources tell us ... Brit's conservators will be filing a petition later today to add Jason as a co-conservator ... a move that makes total sense considering the two are all set to be married some time in the near future. 

We're told Brit's dad Jamie Spears -- who is already one of the conservators -- is "thrilled" about the move.
